10.-(1) Deposits may be made by a Friendly Society Friendly through its trustees either in the name of such Society or in the names of such trustees, the full name of the Society being entered in the title of the account.

(2) Deposits may be made to the credit of any account opened in the Post Office Savings Bank on behalf of a Friendly Society before the 1st day of November, 1888, although such account may not conform to the provisions of this Regulation, but no new account shall be opened except in accordance with such provisions.

13. (1) Deposits may be made by the Registrar of a County Registrars. Court under the provisions of the County Courts Act, 1888, (b) the of County County Courts (Investment) Act, 1900, (c) and the Workmen's Courts. Compensation Act, 1906, (d) or any statutory modification of the said Acts.

(2) The term Registrar as used in these Regulations shall be deemed to include (1) any two or more persons appointed and acting jointly as Registrar, and in such case any one of such persons may for the purposes of these Regulations act for and so as to bind the others; and (2) any person for the time being law- fully performing the duties of Registrar and authorised by the Treasury to make the withdrawal.
