Post Office Savings Bank.
THE POST OFFICE SAVINGS BANK AMENDMENT (No. 5) REGULATIONS, 1932. DATED JULY 27, 1932.
I, His Majesty's Postinaster General, under and by virtue of all powers and authorities vested in me in that behalf by the lost Office Savings Bank Acts 1861 to 1929, or otherwise, do, with the consent of the Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury, make the following Regulations, that is to say :-
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Post Office Savings Short Title. Bank Amendment (No. 5) Regulations, 1932.
2. These Regulations shall be read as one with the Post Office Regulations Savings Bank Regulations, 1921(a) (hereinafter referred to as the to be read Principal Regulations") and all Regulations ameuding the same. with the

Royal Marines the Accountant Officer of any of His Majesty's ships or Naval establishments shall, when so authorised and directed, be deemed to be an officer authorised to transact Savings Bank business otherwise than at a Post Office within the meaning of these Regulations and to be included in the term Post- master where the context so admits, and such business shall be transacted on such days and during such hours as shall be directed by the Commanding Officer of the ship or establishment.

4. The following proviso shall be inserted at the end of paragraph Payment on (1) of Regulation 45 (Payment on Demand) of the Principal Demand in Regulations -
