that this is in the form of a Sessional Paper, but it has not been possible to lay it on the table of the Legislative Council until its next meeting.
4. The exact terms of reference, which were modified to some extent after the appointment of the Committee, are to be found in the second paragraph of the Majority Report.
5. The Reports have been considered by the Board of Education at a meeting held on the 7th of July, 1938, and the findings of the Majority Report were
approved nemine contradicente.
6. I will address you further on the consequent
action taken in this matter but I have considered it
proper that you should not be without information on
the subject at this stage.
