I have the honour to inform you that I have

received from Mr. Andrew Paul Soohorukoff, a former Russian subject, an Inspector in the British Municipal Police Force, Tientsin, an application for a Nansen Certificate duly vise for Great Britain, in order to allow him to proceed there for a vacation of four months.

This application is accompanied by a similar one from the wife of Mr. Soohorukoff, née Stchanoff,

also a former Russian subject.

In this connection I have the honour to transmit

for your information copies of a telegram from the Senior Naval Officer, Tient sin, and a letter addressed to the Commissioner of Police from His Britamic Majesty's

Consul-General, Tientsin.
