i.e. revoke all the Additional
Instructions and consolidate all the
amendments in the Instrument now to be

She then have only the original
Instructions of 1917 and the new
Instrument, and this will be more
convenient from all points of view. With
this end in view I have drawn up the attached
Additional Instructions.
It revokes
all previous Additional Instructions and
Clause 33 of the Tastructions of 1917
and replaces Clause 2, 5, 13, 14, 16, 20
and 32 of the 1917 Instructions.
The
following is the explanation of the new
Clauses.
Clause 2.
The first paragraph is the
existing provision as it now appears
in the Additional Instructions of the 15th of
November, 1928 with the word "Treasurer"
altered to Financial Secretary.
I think
the words "Lieutenant-Governor of the
Colony if any" could be omitted.
