Dear Hill
Your letter of the 9th November regarding
the epidemiological mission which the league of Nations
propose to send to China.
After consultation with the Colonial Office we
have informed Dr. Rajchman that there is no objection on
political grounds to the proposal to use Hong Kong as a
base for the mission.
I am sending a copy of this to Rogers as I see
that you also wrote to the Colonial office.
