With reference to his letter of this date,
concerning the import into Hong Kong of certain
narcotic drugs intended for the use of the League
of Nations Medical Mission to China, the Secretary-
General has the honour to forward herewith the
export permit, referred to in that letter, and issued
by the French authorities for 250 ampoules of morphine
hydrochloride. The permit has just been received from
Paris.
