I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled
an Ordinance to consolidate and amend the law
relating to forests and plants.
2. Prints of the Memorandum of Objects and Reasons for this Ordinance and of the Table of Correspondence referred to therein are attached.
3. I am of opinion that this Ordinance is not contrary to standing instructions and that it is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the Officer Administering the
Government may properly assent in the name of His
Majesty and on His behalf.
