Dear Mr. Toseland,
Would you please advise hongkong by cable that Mr. Maurice Summers, Gloster's test pilot, is leaving by air this morning, and arrives in Hongkong on November 11th.
You may add that the mechanics, six in number, will arrive about November 25th, and unless it is contrary to procedure would you ask the people there to afford Summers every facility and assistance and give him any advice they can.
If there are any expenses in connection with this cable they can, of course, be to our account.
