With reference to your letter No.53838/9/37
of the 11th September, relative to the activities in
Hong Kong of the Japanese Naval and Military Attachés
who were until recently attached to the Japanese Consulate-
General at Canton, I am directed by Mr. Neville

telegram which he has addressed to His Majesty's
Ambassador at Tokyo on this subject.
