Sir,
With reference to your letter of the 23rd of July, 1936, I am
directed by the Postmaster General to say that the Postal
Administration of Hong Kong proposes to adopt, as from the 1st of
November, the undermentioned equivalents of the international rates
of postage for printed papers, commercial papers, blind literature
and samples:-
Printed papers, commercial papers and samples of merchandise:
5 cents per 2 ounces; minimum charge of 25 cents for commercial papers and 10 cents for samples.
Blind literature: 3 cents per 2 lb.
The Postmaster General would be much obliged if you would be
good enough to inform the Director of the International Bureau
accordingly.
