P.S. I am told that the Committee went into the Comparative costs
of turning out students in Hong Kong and Malay where there is a
college of Medicine and Raffas College and found that in dollars
the cost was higher than in Hong Konh where the is 1/23 and in
Malaya 2/4. They droed the comparisons like hot bricks.
