Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, which is
enclosed with the despatch, with interest, and
that he proposes to defer a final decision
on the policy to be adopted until he has
received the considered views of the Executive
Council and of the 0.A.G.
No. 7. As the 0.A.G. points out, there
seems to be no point in deferring the
publication in England of the Report since
it has already been reproduced in the local
press in Hong Kong. Nor do I think there is
much fear of it being printed as a Parliamentary
Paper at the moment.
