1.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled
an Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding twenty
six million three hundred and thirty eight thousand
three hundred and forty Dollars to the Public Service
of the year 1938.
2.
This Ordinance is in the form usual for annual
appropriation Ordinances.
3. I am of opinion that this Ordinance is not contrary
to the standing Instructions and that it is one to which
His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government
may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on
His behalf.
