In the event of your
own decision to decline to accent confirmation

on the conclusion of the period of probation the
regulations do not expressly provide for the
provision of a free passage to this country,
but the Secretary of State would be prepared,
subject to the same condition. as previously
mentioned in this
paragraph to approve in
those circumstances the provision of such part
of the cost of a passage from public funds as
you would be eligible for under the regulations
for confirmed officers, which are explained in
by reason of
the enclosed Print Eastern 121,becording to your
resident service in the Colony.
