I am commanded by the Air Council to refer to your 7. letter 53514/1/37 of the 23rd April on the subject of the
cost of extending the aerodrome at Kai Tak, Hong Kong, and to acquaint you for the information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies that they accept the modification to condition (2) of their letter of the 10th February proposed by the Governor of Hong Kong in his telegram No.66 of the 6. 8th April.
