VI. This fee (paragraph V) is to include all sundry
expenses, postage, car hire, office rent, salaries of
Jardines' staff and their travelling expenses, but does
storage
not include permit fees,/ coolie and lighter hire, or any expenses directly connected with handling of materials
or with general services to the Commission.
VII. Where desired Jardines will act as Purchasing Agents
for the Commission at a remuneration of 5 per cent on
the cost of the material landed in Hong Kong.
