In extradition trial now proceedingof persons accused of complicity in attempt to assassinate Tang Ching-vei former Foreign Minister Government owing to failure of cther evidence are sending to Colony under escort alleged accomplice and urgently request through Ambassador that this accomplice be held and returned to Ching, after trial. I an advised that only legal method is undersection three (one) c Deportation of aliens Ordinance 39 1935 with ships order under section eleven for return to Shanghai for lanking and I propose to adopt
this course subject to your approval.
