At their Meeting on October 14th, 1936, (Cabinet 57 (36)
Conclusion 14) the Cabinet agreed:·
(a) That Sir Frederick Leith-Ross' recent
Report on his mission to China
(C.F. 251 (36)) should be referred to the Cabinet Committee on Political and Iconomic Relations with Japan.
(b) That the Secretary of State for the Colonies should be added to the Committee for the purposes of the inquiry.
