decision to delete may be lodged with the French Minister
or Chargé d'Affaires in Peking who shall within twenty-on e
days give a ruling to confirm or rescind the deletion.
In the event of an appeal the effects of registration
shall not cease until the date of the receipt by the
company of notice of the decision of the French Kinister
or Chargé d'Affaires in Poking.
Article 7. Such notice shall be given by registered
letter, served by the Chancellor in his capacity as usher
of the Court, or in such other manner as will ensure that
the decision has been conveyed to the parties concerned.
Article 8. The Decree of February 19th, 1925, is
hereby repealed.
Article 9. The Minister for Foreign Affairs shall
give the necessary directions for the application of
this Decree.
