The President of the French Republic,
IN VIEW of the Treaty with China of
June 27th, 1858,
IN VIEW of the Decree of February 19th,
1925,
BY the advice of the Minister for Foreign
Affairs,
Now decrees:
Article 1.
Articl
The following only shall enjoy the
rights recognized by the Treaties between France and
China:
(1) Companies formed for commercial or other
purposes incorporated in China in accordance with French
law, fulfilling the requirements set forth in Article 2
and registered in a special register kept for that pur-
pose in the French Consulates in China and by the
Chancellor of the French Legation in Feking;
(2) Branches and agencies in China of companies
formed for commercial or other purposes incorporated and
having their head office in France or in French colonies,
protectorates or mandated territories, provided that these companies fulfil the requirements set forth in
Article 2 and that the said branches and agencies are
registered as prescribed above.
Article 2. The requirements laid dom in Article 1
are as follows:
