With reference to your despatch No. 711
(10/50/1936) of the 3rd July, I approve your recommendation
that British protection should be withdrawn from the
Hong Kong and Uvatow Commercial Beak, Limited.
You should accordingly instruct nie bajeet '
Consul General at Canton to endorse the registration
certificate issued to the company on the 13th January 1936
to the effect that British protection will not be accorded
to the com any in China.
