(a) The Foreign Office cannot consent
to the publication of any minutes or any

departmental letters.
(b)
Any extracts from the correspondence
must be submitted to the Foreign Office through
the Public Record Office.
(c) You must agree to submit direct to
the Foreign Office the typescript proof of
such part of your book or other writing
founded on these records, and be prepared to
consent to any modification or omissions
which may be suggested.
3. Should you eventually desire to
consult the records in the Foreign Office
subsequent to the year 1910, the Depart-
mental authorities will be prepared to
give the matter consideration upon being
informed of the nature of the records
which it is desired to consult.
4. A reply has also been received
from the Admiralty stating that that
Department is prepared to grant you
facilities
