In October last Sir F. Goodenough
wrote to Mr. Malcolm MacDonald, enclosing a copy
of the same letter from Sir T. Southorn as that
enclosed in his present letter of March 4th.
Mr. MacDonald considered that little useful
himself

that commercial firms in this country are as
little interested in the proposed Fair as those
in Hong Kong.
