Armstrong & Another v. Estate Duty Commissioner, Hong Kong
We have this morning received an intimation from
the Registrar of the Privy Council that the Record in the
above Appeal has been received by him.

We have no instructions in the matter, and if it is
desired that we should act on behalf of the Estate Duty
Commissioner, we shall be glad if you will let us know whether
you wish us to enter an appearance on his behalf. If you have
any papers relating to the Appeal, which you have received from
the Colony, we shall be glad to be favoured with a sight of
them.
