Sir,
I have the honour to acknowledge
the receipt of your despatch No. 14, dated
the 13th January, 1937, with enclosure, on
the subject of the Special Certificate of
Nationality and Identity issued to Mr.
Anthony Wong Un Cheung, and in reply to the
suggestion in your second paragraph, to
inform you that the fee payable locally in
respect of such Certificates has now been
abolished.
