Migration of Special Placers.

John Charles Close.

The parent of the above-named boy has approached me with a view to obtaining his admission to a secondary school at Hong Kong. The facts of the case are presented in the parent's letter, a copy of which is enclosed, together with particulars of the Special Place awarded to the boy.

I am directed to state that the Authority would be most grateful if any action in the matter of the desired transfer could be taken by your Department. If the question does not come within your province, any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.
