BY VIRTUE OF POWERS vested in me, I, SIR ANDREW
CALDECOTT, Knight Bachelor, Companion of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Commander of the
Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor and
Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its
Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same, do by these
presents appoint you SIR HENRY EDWARD POLLOCK, Kt., K.C.,
LI.D., provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure
to be an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council of
Hong Kong for a further period of five years.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the Colony,
at Government House, Victoria, Hong Kong, this 9th day of March, 1935.
