CALDECOTT, Knight Bachelor, Companion of the Most
Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George,
Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British
Empire, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony
of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of
the same, do by these presents appoint you STANLEY
HUDSON DODWELL provisionally, and subject to His
Majesty's pleasure to be an Unofficial Member of the
Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
