I have the honour to inform you that I have
appointed Mr. Stanley Hudson Dodwell with effect from the
31st October, 1936, provisionally and subject to His
Majesty's pleasure, to be temporarily, during the absence
of the Honourable Sir Henry Edward Pollock, Kt., K.C.,
LL.D., an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council of
the Colony.

Mr. Dodwell is an Unofficial Member of the
Legislative Council and in this connection I would
invite your attention to the correspondence ending with
your despatch No.218 of the 23rd June, 1936.

I enclose a copy of the provisional instrument
for this appointment.
4. In accordance with Colonial Regulation No.155
I enclose also a list of the present members of the
Executive Council.
