Bear Creech Jones,
Thank you for your letter of the 30th of Getober.
As the result of the conversation which I had with
you regarding the Chinese Segmens' Union in Hong Kong
I addressed a despatch to the Governor of that Colony
making enquiries in the matter. I have not yet
received the Governor' E reply but I do not suppose
that it will be very long now before I get it and
when I do I will communicate with you again.
