8.

Only one-fifth of the total amount of deposits can be

withdrawn at any one time and subsequent withdrawals

shall be at an interval of every ten days. But the

Bank will under normal conditions waive the compliance

with this rule and permit a larger or total amount of

deposits to be withdrawn at any one time, without

prejudice however to the Bank's right to insist upon

its compliance on any future occasions.

12.

The Bank reserves to itself the right to alter and

amend the rules at any time without giving notice

to the Depositors and such alterations and amendments

shall be binding on the depositors in the same manner

as the rules above stated.
