REPORT ON ORDINANCE No.
40 .of 1935.
1.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled
an Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding twenty-
three million eight hundred and forty thousand
four hundred and sixteen dollars to the Public
Service for the year 1936.
2. This Ordinance is in the usual form for annual
appropriation Ordinances.
3.
In my opinion the Ordinance is not contrary
to the Governor's instructions and it is one to
which His Excellency the Officer Administering the
Government may properly assent in the name of His
Majesty and on His behalf.
