Hongicong General Chamber of Cameros,
The Directors,
The Advertising & Publicity Ektrenu, Ltd.,
TAB KAD.
Dear #drs,
10th April, 1985.
In reply to your letter of April 8,
an directed to state
that my Committee, at the request of ecrtain members of the Charber, took into consideration the Empire and China Trade Fair which you are organising, and as a result of its deliberations ventured to address
to you the advice contained in my last letter.
I would point out that you appear to have road a good deal
16 more into my letter than it was intended to convey « There was no
the Comed theo
intention of requeating you to postpone the Priz : gave you their opinion that, in the general interests, it would not
be desirable to have a Trade Fair this year. Whether you accept
that advice or not is entirely for you to decide.
You ask if the Chamber is prepared to support an Anglo-
Chinese Trade Fair at some future date. I am to point out that it is quite impossible for the Cheber to support officially any Trade Teir i support must come from individual members. The Chamber
cannot dietate to its marbure whether they shall participate or not,
as the individual interest differs so materially.
Yours faithrully,
(Sad. M.
Secretary.
