While I have carefully avoided being drawn into these discussions,

I have expressed the opinion to the Aïvertising and Publicity Bureau, Ltd.,

that the time is rather short for the successful organisation of a Pair

to be held in December next. They have repiiod that if by June or July

the response is not mufficient they will then consider the question

from this aspect, but that from present iniications they have no reason

to believe that postpozas sent will be necessary.

I have the honour to be,

With the highest respect,

Sir,

Your most obslient, hæble

BOXVANT,

I.

Ĝ. C. PELHAM

H. H. Trudie Commissioner

and Commercial Secretary.
