While I have carefully avoided being drawn into these discussions,
I have expressed the opinion to the Aïvertising and Publicity Bureau, Ltd.,
that the time is rather short for the successful organisation of a Pair
to be held in December next. They have repiiod that if by June or July
the response is not mufficient they will then consider the question
from this aspect, but that from present iniications they have no reason
to believe that postpozas sent will be necessary.
