Exhibitors are requested to confine their applications to the stands reserved for the sections they are interested in. Application may be made for any one stand so that cabubators requiring two or more adjacent stands should apply early, The Organisers reserve the right to alter or to modify the plan and layout of stands as shown here or in combine two or more stands in any manner, also to erect additional stands or to extend the Exhibition in any other way.
The final arrangement of the various sections depends on the bookings from each country and the Organisers reserve the right in her the ponuons of these sections or to extend or to reduce them accordingly. In this event every effort will be made to give exhibitors alternative space or spaces having approximately equivalent rental, floor ares and prominence and exhibitors will be soufied at the earliest possibly opportunity.
SCHEDULE OF RENTALS,
The rentals of stands are:-$10 per square foot for ordinary locations and Fra per square foot for corner sites. The areas of stands are given in square feet in the accompanying plan and whilst every effort has been made to give correct dimensions of sites no responsibility can be accepted for their absolute accuracy+
