Advertisements and Handbills.
27.
Exhibitors shall not, without the written consent of the Trade Fair Manager, exhibit advertisements in any part of the Fair, or give away or cause to be given away handbills, etc., except at their own respective stands. Exhibitors who are permitted to display advertisements shall at the expiration of the Trade Fair remove such advertisements, together with all hoardings, etc. utilised in connection therewith, and make good any damage or disfigurement to the walls or other portion of the premises caused by such advertising.
Upkeep of Stands during Trade Fair.
28. Exhibitors shall maintain their stands and exhibits in good repair and appearance, throughout the whole time the Trade Fair is open to the public, to the satisfaction of the Organizers and make such alterations, repairs or additions, etc. as the Organizers may require, and keep the stands and exhibits free from rubbish at all times. Exhibitors must have their stands properly cleaned and all refuse removed at least 30 minutes before the Fair is opened to the public each day.
The Organizers have made arrangements with a local firm to undertake the cleaning of all stalls, and casual labour can not be employed on this work. Cleaners will be provided with a pass to enter the Fair, and Exhibitors desiring to make use of the services of this firm are requested to apply to the Organizers.
Exhibits Subject to Lien for Charges, etc.

on the property of an Exhibitor in respect of any moneys which may be due to the Organizers from such Exhibitor or in respect of any claim which the Organizers may have preferred against such Exhibitor.
intringement of Regulations.
30. In the event of the infringement by an Exhibitor of any of the foregoing regulations or
any other regulations by which he has agreed to abide or any modification thereof, the Organizers reserve the right to cancel the agreement between the Organizers and the Exhibitor and to eject the Exhibitor, his employees and his goods from the Trade Fair, without any liability attaching to the Organizers or their representatives, in any way whatsoever, in consequence of such ejection, nor shall such ejection release the Exhibitor from any payments for which he may still be liable. In the event of the Organizers exercising the power vested in them by this Clause the right is reserved to the Organizers to distrain upon the goods of the Exhibitor in respect of any moneys duc from the Exhibitor to the Organizers whether for rent or otherwise howsoever.
Exhibitors Becoming Bankrupt.
31. Should
or being a Company go into Exhibitor become bankrupt or compound with his creditors any liquidation, the contract between such Exhibitor and the Organizers shall immediately become null and void and a similar right to distrain upon the goods of the Exhibitor shall apply in respect of any moneys due to the Organizers, whether for rent or otherwise howsoever.
Certificates of Authority or Consent.
32. All written authorities for or consents to construction, decoration, exhibits, etc. given by the Organizers, and their duly authorised officers, as herein specified shall be kept readily available on Exhibitors' stands and all times Authorities and consents which cannot be produced on shall be produced to the Organizers' officials on demand. demand shall be deemed not to exist.
Access to be Given to Agents, etc.

in the Trade Fair shall be subject to giving to the Organizers, agreements their agents, servants and workmen, access at all reasonable times to any parts of the premises.
Interpretation of Rules and Regulations.
34. In the event of any question arising as to the meaning of any of these Rules and Regulations, such meaning shall be declared and fixed by the Organizers, and the decision of the Organizers shall be final and binding, notwithstanding any prior negotiation or litigation on the subject.
Memorandum of Information for Exhibitors.
35.
The Rules and Regulations contained in the Organizers' "Memorandum of Information for Exhibitors" are incorporated herein and Exhibitors agree to be bound hereby in the same manner as if such rules and regulations had been specifically included herein.
Alteration, etc. of Rules and Regulations.
36. These Rules and Regulations are subject to alteration, amplification, or addition from time to time, and every applicant, on becoming an Exhibitor, submits ipso facto to the conditions of these rules and regulations, to any special regulations, and to all regulations and measures of safety and order which may be promulgated from time to time and agrees to observe and conform to the same. The Organizers will notify Exhibitors of any such alteration, amplification or addition.
Officers Authorised to Act for the Organizers.
37. Any act to be done or decision to be made or discretion to be exercised by the Organizers hereunder may be done, made, or exercised by the Organizers, the Trade Fair Manager or Architect.

NOTICE
Insurance: The attention of Exhibitors is drawn to the desirability of insuring Exhibits against all risks including damage arising from defects in the building, and also against all Fire risks prior to, during or after the Trade Fair. For the benefit of Exhibitors, arrangements have been made with two of the leading Insurance Companies in Hongkong for special rates, particulars of which may be had on application to the Organizers.
