MACAU WATERWORKS,
further to the conversation I had with you last week
regarding correspondence from #r. A. Valcolm of Shanghai, dealing
with proposed Chungking Chungtu hallway, I send you herewith a
copy of a letter received yesterday from Mr. Malcolm. This
letter was written while on his way from Canton to hanghai.
The letter speaks for itself, but perhapa a few words regarding
the Watervorka position will make it more clear.
Mr. Valcolm is one of tae leading consultants in China.
on questions of Waterworks and such like matters, and he has
en consulted by the Canten authorities regarding their
proposed Waterworks and Filter eds.
He has also been called
