With reference to the letter from this
Department of the 29th January, I am directed by
Secretary Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister to inform you
that the Governor of Hong Kong has reported that
there is no objection to the re-engagement of
Kiss E. H. Andrews for any suitable vacancy that
may occur under the Hong Kong Government.
2. The Governor has suggested that
Kiss Andrews should be considered for the vacancy
arising from the termination of the services of
Kiss . M. muff, Nursing Sister, who tendered her
resignation with effect from the 26th March on
account of her forthcoming marriage. The Governor,
when reporting the termination of Miss Duff's
services, did not ask that a successor to her
should be appointed.
As, however, it is apparently
