Ministry of Foreign Affairs would be very grateful if
action on their note verbale of October 4th might be suspended
since it was despatched by mistake before obtaining concurrence
of other Ministries concerned. They do not anticipate any
difficulty however, and will inform the Embassy as soon as
nossible whether it holds good.
