With reference to your Secret telegram (3) No.47 of 18th April, 1935, on the subject of the
surrender to the Hong Kong Government of the Naval
Arsenal Yard, I have the honour to enclose for your
information a copy of correspondence between this
Government and the Commodore in Charge, regarding the
possible re-allocation to the Admiralty of a portion
of the Yard.
