9.-34, Public Works Extraordinary :-Gangway for Conservancy Junks, Waterloo Road
The sum of $1,000 is required for the purpose of constructing a gang- way to facilitate access to the conservancy junks stationed off Waterloo Road.
The present structure is the property of the late conservancy contractor and its dilapidated condition renders replacement essential.
Conservancy arrangements were taken over by the Government after the 1935 estimates were passed and a supplementary vote is therefore
necessary.
