honour to request your approval, in accordance
with Section 4 (1) of that Ordinance, of three
Resolutions which were passed by the Legislative Council on 16th May, 1935, authorising expenditure under the Scheme during 1933, 1934 and 1935
respectively.

A copy of the Resolutions is
