With reference to Sir Thomas Southorn's
despatch No.458 of 2nd August, 1935, I have the honour
to submit a schedule for the quarter ended 30th September,
1935, of additional provision to meet expenditure in
excess of the Estimates. Reports Nos. 11, 12 and 13 of
the Finance Committee are attached in support.
2. Your approval of Items Nos. 3, 4, 8, 10, 13
and 18 has already been received as indicated in column
10 of the schedule.
