ment between the Chinese and British sections of the
Canton-Kowloon Railway, I have the honour to inform
Your Excellency that the two copies of the agreement
signed by the Ministry of Railways on 16th September
have now been received, and signed, and will be re-
tained, by His Excellency the Governor of longkong.
With reference to my Note of 16th October,
I have further the honour to enquire whether
the two copies signed by His Excellency the Governor
on the sase date and forwarded by me in my Note under
reference have been duly received, signed, and retained
by the Ministry of Railways.
I avail myself of this opportunity to renew
to Your Excellency the assurance of my highest con-
