I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of Your Excellency's Note dated the 16th October transmitting the two copies of the Working Agreement for Through Traffic be- tween the Chinese and British Sections of the Canton-Kowloon Railway signed by His Excellency the Governor of Hong Kong and requesting that they be delivered to the Ministry of Railways for signature in accordance with the arrangement agreed upon. I have the honour to state that a communicatio n was duly addressed to the Ministry of Railways accordingly. Subsequently I received Your Excellency's further Note of the 16th. November enquiring whether the two copies of the Agree- ment referred to had been duly received, signed and retained by the Ministry of Railways, and I have now the honour to inform your Excellency of the receipt of the following comm- unication in reply from the Ministry of Railways:-
