With reference to your letter No. 53510/35

(3) of the 4th February, 1935, enclosing a copy of a

despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong transmitting

copies of the Working Agreement for Through Traffic

between the Chinese and British Sections of the Canton-

Kowloon Railway, I am directed by Secretary Sir John

Simon to inform you that he concurs in the proposal

that the signed copies of the Agreement should be

retained in the archives of the Hong Kong Government.
