saw him first but I was really the first to attend to him.

Dr. Wong gave him no treatment to my knowledge. On admission

at 4.15 p.m. he was taken from the receiving room straight

to the ward. His breath smelt of alcohol. I made no note of

his eyes. His internal temperature was taken. I did not take

it. His surface appeared cold and blue - I put my hand on

him. He had no hiccough present. I took no blood test.

Re Ex.

I noticed nothing peculiar about his eyes.
