1. I have examined the accompanying Ordinance. intituled an Ordine nce to apply a sum not exceeding Twenty six million
four hundred and four thousand two hundred and nineteen
Dollars to the Public Service of the year 1935, and am of opinion that it is one which is not contrary to the Govern-
or's instructions.
2. This Ordinance is in the usual form.
3.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His
Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name
of His Majesty and on His behalf.
