With reference to my despatch No.517 of 5th October, 1934, on the subject of the Estimates for 1935,

I have the honour to invite attention to your confidential (2) m 33803 despatch of 5th July, 1934, approving certain increases

in the establishment of the Police Department required in connection with the administration of the Registration of Persons Ordinance, 1934, and to paragraph 5 of my confidential (3) in 33708 despatch of 21st August, 1934, recommending the grant of a

personal pensionable allowance of £50 per annum to Mr. Hynes, Superintendent of Mails, Post Office.
